I (Heart) My Husband

Yesterday at work I was in an exam room with a patient. I finished, came out of the room and glanced down the hallway to my desk. This is what I saw (wrapped up of course)..... and attached was a very sweet note. It was such a wonderful surprise! I love that man to death!
